4. Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Navbharat Matrimony reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor disputes between members.
5. Termination
- Navbharat Matrimony reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate accounts at any time without notice if the user violates this Agreement.
- If termination is due to breach of agreement, no refund shall be made for any subscription or paid service.
- Duplicate profiles may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
- Unethical or abusive messages, calls, or behavior by any member or their family may result in immediate termination of the profile.
6. Refund / Money Back Policy
Payments made for paid services are non-refundable. Navbharat Matrimony does not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, or timeliness of user-posted content. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
7. Privacy
Navbharat Matrimony will not intentionally monitor or disclose user data unless required by law, regulation, or court order. We respect user privacy and confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy. Information may be provided to law enforcement agencies if required by law.
8. Indemnity
